Electrical Generators:
Electrical generators give all the power that's used in houses and our workplaces. An Electric generator is an electric machine that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy. The electric generator’s mechanical energy is generally handed by steam turbines, gas turbines, and wind turbines.
How Generators Works |
Parts of an Electric Generator:
There are three main Parts of an electric generator.
Mechanical drive
Magnet
Armature Loop

Generators don't produce electricity; rather it uses the mechanical energy supplied to it to force the movement of electric charges present in the line of its windings through an external electric circuit. The generator's output electric current is made up of this inflow of electrons.
Working Principle:
The modern- day generators work on the principle of electromagnetic induction discovered by Michael Faraday. He understood that moving an electrical line in a magnetic field may produce the current inflow described above. This movement creates a voltage difference between the two ends of the conductor which causes the electric charges to inflow, hence generating electric current.

Electric Motor:
The rotating blades crush and mix things for you What would you answer if someone questioned you about how that operates? veritably probably, you'd respond that it relies on power. Well, that’s not incorrect. Motors convert electric energy to mechanical work. The contrary is done by generators that convert mechanical work to electrical energy.

Working Principle:
An electric motor's operation is based on the fact that a conductor carrying current creates a magnetic field far and wide around it. To more understand, imagine this situation. Keep the poles of two bar magnets facing one another with a bitsy gap between them. Now, take a small length of a conducting line and make a circle. Keep this circle in between the space between the magnets similar that it's still within the sphere of influence of the magnets and Connect the ends of the circle to battery terminals.
Working Principle of Motor |
Once electricity flows through your simple circuit, you'll notice that your circle “ moves ”. So why does this be The conductor's magnetic field is interfered with by the magnetic field created by the magnets. Since the circle has come a magnet, one side of it'll be attracted to the north pole of the magnet and the other to the south pole. This causes the circle to continuously rotate. This is the principle of electric motors.
